Who We Are The Company ReportDisability was established as a private Delaware company in 2001 by Alvin J. Sims, a prominent insurance industry specialist with thirty-two years expertise in the area of self-insured workers' compensation systems. Combined with the company's officers, Board of Directors, and staff, ReportDisability represents As an Application Service Provider ("ASP"), ReportDisability offers software tools to enhance the claim reporting process, which includes an integrated prescription drug program, an interactive occupational disability outcome advisory, a Family Medical Leave Act checklist and other features. ReportDisability will continue to expand its software tools and information services to enhance its role as an industry-leading ASP for self-insured companies. The People Alvin J. Sims Alvin J. Sims is President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of ReportDisability Corporation. Mr. Sims has been involved with in the workers' compensation industry and market since 1968. This experience covered all aspects of the industry. As a developer and visionary, Mr. Sims formed the idea engine for ReportDisability. Mr. Sims founded a self-insurance services firm in the mid seventies that was acquired by a major insurance group, Insurance Company of North America, subsequent to a private placement by a group of investors. William Lanzen William (Bill) Lanzen is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. As Chief Operating Officer of Systemedics, Inc., he was responsible for sales, operations and customer service for this successful start-up physician practice management company and played a key role in the company’s eventual acquisition by a Fortune 500 corporation. Mr. Lanzen is also a past Vice President of both Chase Manhattan Bank (where he participated in several acquisitions and led development of computer based financial services) and Citibank (where he led a 1,000 employee computer based financial services division). During five years as an active duty Naval Officer he led the design and development of a specialized computer database system that became the standard for all Naval Fleet Intelligence Centers, and was ultimately approved by the Department of Defense for use by other branches of the armed services. David B. Belser Mr. Belser is a graduate of Worcester Polytech Institute where he majored in Computer Science. Mr. Belser has been a software engineer since 1982. He is well versed in all major computer languages. Mr. Belser was previously employed as Senior Software Engineer for Sybase, Inc., as well as for Cabletron Systems, Inc. Mr. Belser is responsible for development and management of IDIS dataReporter, as well as future product design. Dan O. Jenkins Dan Jenkins, who holds degrees in mathematics and computer science, has been working in the computer industry for over twenty-five years. From programming to system administration, from systems engineering to business process re-engineering, he has helped organizations internationally to utilize information technology to improve their businesses. For the last fifteen years he has built a systems integration and technical support company, Rastech, Inc.
