This page is for the use of authorized third-party administrators for the clients of ReportDisability Corporation. Authorized TPA's can use IDIS dataReporter to review FROI claims and add relevant information, when needed.

Our Partnership with TPAs

ReportDisability provides online technology to assist employers and TPAs in their claims process, but we are not in the claims processing business. Instead, ReportDisability and our clients and TPAs form strategic partnerships, to fulfill significant core business needs.

We also do not interfere with our client's TPA. To the contrary, we enable TPAs to speed-up their claims process. In fact, TPAs can use ReportDisability as a service leveraging feature to their existing and prospective clients, since it can be a powerful competitive differentiator. The system interface can also be "private labeled," if a TPA desires the benefits of co-branding. If your business is interested in considering any of these possibilities, let us know.

How IDIS dataReporter Works for You

When entering IDIS dataReporter, TPAs submit their client's claim number, as well as the initial reserves that will be entered into the claim. This information is stored for a 24 hour review period. The examining physician can submit initial medical information into the file, as well.

TPAs can then review any of the various forms, including:

• The FROI
• An FMLA checklist for that claim
• An OSHA log, which is real-time maintained and updated
• Employee instructions and physician instructions.

	Administrative Flexibility: IDIS dataReporter allows your management staff to assign different administrators to your clients, on a per client basis.
	Web-based Management: TPAs can add or delete privileges to administrative staff, as needed, as well control who reviews and adds information on claims -- all from within our easy-to-use, Web-based interface.
	Co-branding: For TPAs who would like the added market value of their name and logo co-branded on their own, unique portal within IDIS dataReporter.
