REPORT DISABILITY INTEGRATES OSHA RECORDKEEPING SERVICES
WITH ONLINE WORKERS' COMPENSATION REPORTING SYSTEM

BOSTON, MA (March 31, 2005) - Report Disability Corporation, an innovator in online claim reporting and management for self-insured companies, announced today the integration of OSHA recordkeeping services with IDIS dataReporter™, its claim reporting and management system for tracking and recording occupational injuries and illnesses.

The new OSHA recordkeeping services automatically generate OSHA forms from information users enter while completing First Report of Injury (FROI) Forms. While creating a FROI using IDIS dataReporter, users “check” a box indicating that the claim is an OSHA recordable event, and an OSHA 301 form will be generated, and made available for viewing, e-mailing, and printing in Adobe® Acrobat® PDF format.

IDIS dataReporter™, the insurance industry’s first totally integrated, online claims processing solution, is targeted towards employers who self-insure their workers' compensation benefits. IDIS dataReporter electronically transmits data to all designated recipients, such as: the company's claims administrator, an integrated and discounted national prescription drug program, as well as various state jurisdictions. This system allows claims to be filed on the day the injury occurs, which is in dramatic comparison to the national average of nine days.

Assisting in compliance with Part 1904, ReportDisability manages an online database of OSHA 300A, 300, and 301 forms, ensuring an organization’s OSHA Right-To-Know compliance throughout the year – every year. Bill Lanzen, CEO of ReportDisability, had this to say about the new OSHA recordkeeping services: “The integration promotes improved employer awareness in recording and reporting injuries and illnesses to ensure compliance with revised OSHA requirements.”

ReportDisability has already implemented IDIS dataReporter with several states, including New York, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, as well as with select TPAs, such as Cook and Company of Marshfield Massachusetts.
