ReportDisability is a comprehensive, online First Report of Injury (FROI) claims reporting and review company. ReportDisability information is always available and accessible to clients, doctors, and TPA's. ReportDisability is the only comprehensive Application Service Provider (ASP) available to the self-insured workers' compensation industry.

Here's a synopsis of how IDIS dataReporter works:

STEP 1:
Using the assigned Account ID and Password, the employer enters IDIS dataReporter, where a new claim can be entered or any past or pending claims can be reviewed. If a new claim needs to be entered, three things are automatically configured:

• An up-to-date, state-specific First Report of Injury (FROI) is generated;
  
  
• All employer data is automatically completed;
  
  
• All employee data is automatically completed, once the employee's SSN is entered.

STEP 2:
Employer enters the employee's injury information.

STEP 3:
Next, the FROI is generated, and made available for instant desktop printing, along with other pertinent forms. If the accident occurred in a state that requires or permits EDI, then the form will be transmitted automatically. The client's TPA will immediately receive the FROI, as well.

STEP 4:
Finally, the employer prints out a worker's compensation prescription ID card, as well as directions to several nearby pharmacies. The employee can immediately go to seek medical attention, if needed, with prescription ID card in-hand. Instructions are also generated, for employees to present to the doctor handling their injury.
